Not value for money

I phoned this company to help me sell my house. Daryl and Suzana came over with the sole mandate and came across as optimistic and eager. Little did I know what was to come. ~ I did not like the second agent Suzana brought on board when she couldn't sell the house. I was specific and blunt that I did not want to deal with Kim. All this was completely ignored by Suzana and Daryl. They practically rammed this woman down my throat. ~ It is easier to pound blood out of a stone than to get feedback from this agency. One problem that really got my back up - the attorney sent me a sms to let me know that the sale fell through. These agents did not feel it necessary to give me call to let me know. ~ The sole mandate was signed at the end of January 2017. They only advertised my property at the end of April 2017 and the listing was incorrect in regards to the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Surely that is something that should be checked? Worse - I had to let them know the listing was incorrectincorrect, they never noticed! ~ I was assured by Daryl that they can assist with the COC. After waiting two weeks for Zuzana, I just sorted it out myself. ~ This agency decided to move my sale to a different attorney at the 99th hour. Highly irregular. No response to my email... ~ The property transfer went through yesterday morning. Not even a phone call from the agents. ~ This was not R50 000.00 well spent. Do your research before appointing an estate agent. This process has been exceedingly difficult using an inefficient estate agent.
