Jack Russell Estates

I recently purchased a home listed by Jack Russell Estates, and it turned into a nightmare as soon as the documents were signed. I wasn't going to write a review but after sharing my experience with close family and friends they wanted to me share so it doesn't happen to anyone else. The agent was wonderful when trying to make the sale. The selling points were like a dream and I fell for every word. It turned awful... So awful that I had instant buyers remorse. This agent made up so many stories, kept changing the plans, that were in place for over a month. Kept messing me around for the keys. Made me drive to their home in pouring rain, stuck in 2 hours traffic to pick up keys from their spouse. What they said when trying to sell was not what I got. My first home purchase was supposed to be the best experience and feeling, it was none of those things. The agent **** so much and was so unprofessional and thin skinned. We even had an unpleasant text exchange. And when it registered in November they gave so stories to not return my occupational rent. To top it all off, once it was registered they couldn't even send a lousy congratulatory card. To anyone who is wanting to buy a home, please, please, please make sure you get everything in writing. Sales agents will tell you everything you want to hear, but will not put it in writing and they may not deliver on promises made. The listing was also inaccurate, the levies was not listed in full... So it was more than what was bugeted. They may have left out key info on purpose to make the sale. This was such a stressful experience and I hope nobody goes through what I had to. Please be careful out there... This world feels full of ************ posing as good people.
