Did not play open cards.

If anyone is thinking of buying or selling a house through Jack Russell Estate please think again , I bought a simplex through them and was very disappointed in my dealings with them . They never advised me that their was a levy that was going to be raised to build a boundary wall. So I got the invoice and I had to pay , they were not interested . They said they never knew but I have proof that they did know about the special levy. They also never pointed out that there were broken tiles . The form that is suppose to be filled out with anything wrong with the building had no no no on all answers. I trusted them but I was sadly mistaken . I never even got keys for inside doors , I could go further. So please think carefully.
