Avoid this agency at all costs , unprofessional and disrespectful

We made the mistake of renting through Jack Russell Estates in April 2026. It was one of the worst rental experiences we’ve ever had.

We paid the full rent and deposit on time, but the keys were not even available on the lease start date. The property was nowhere near ready. We moved into a house that was still “upside down,” with ongoing repairs, builders, handymen, gardeners, and major fence work happening for days after we were already living there. Basic issues like plumbing and drainage problems appeared immediately.

What shocked us most was how the agent openly bad-mouthed and complained about the property owners to us the paying tenants. The level of unprofessionalism was unbelievable. When we raised legitimate complaints about lack of communication and people entering the yard without any notice, management’s response was defensive, dismissive, and completely lacking in accountability.

No proper move-in inspection was done before we occupied the property, despite it being a requirement in the lease. Promises were broken, communication was terrible, and basic courtesy was non-existent. This is not a professional rental agency. It feels like a chaotic, poorly run operation that does not respect its tenants. The low star rating on Google is 100% justified.

If you value professionalism, accountability, and basic respect, do yourself a massive favour and stay far away from this company. We deeply regret choosing them and will never deal with them again.
