Zero customer care!

Purchased a preowned vehicle from JAC westrand Roodepoort at the end of March. Sales person was 'Marius Hanzen. When i went to pick up the vehicle i found that they had **** that the vehicle had a full service history. They could not produce the service history. Finally we settled on extending the maintenance plan to for the sale to not be cancelled for which i still fitted half the maintenance plan cost. After all the paperwork was done the vehicle was brought out the workshop. They did not was or clean the vehicle interior and was literally full of sand and dust. After leaving the dealership and arriving at my destination i cooled down and went through inspecting the vehicle and realized several defects that i immediately raised with the sales agent. 1. Wheel lug bolts was broke 2. Side mirror holder/case was broken 3. Spare tyres where bald. 4. Wiper spray nozzles broken In addition i later discover that the brackets to hold the wheel air nozzles was not on the vehicle causing the nozzle to hang lose and damaging the inside of the tyres and causing them to burst. The dealership requested i get quotes for the damages for repairs to which i submitted within the week of request. They then made a list of excuses why they would not cover the costs and requested more pictures etc to which i did submit. I got the Principal dealer involved and he requested the same info that i had previously sent to which i forwarded again. They indicate that the vehicle passed COR and its not their problem if the tyres are bald. To date its been 4 months since the issues was raised with the dealer principal and i have not had feedback. I have spoke to Marius more than 12 times since and his response is that he cant do anything and will follow up with the DP but never gets back to me. I have call the dealer more than 19 times and left messaged for the DP Giedion but also have gotten no response to resolve the issue. I will never buy another vehicle for JAC due to the zero assistance and zero after sales service they give.
