The bakkie service from hell

The JAC ads should have read, "READY to experience the thrill of being without a bakkie and receiving the worst possible service ever!"

I booked my JAC T8 with JAC Boksburg two weeks ago. I received no feedback throughout the day and had to visit the branch at 16:00, only to find my bakkie now had turbo issues and had to stay over the weekend. The feedback was questionable, and the situation made no sense.

I was promised a courtesy car on Monday, but it never arrived. Communication was poor all week, with little to no updates on my bakkie or the courtesy car. Attempts to contact the workshop manager or dealership principal were futile.

It took over a week to get repair approval from JAC South Africa, and another three days to confirm the ETA on parts. Without visiting the branch in person, we would have been left in the dark.

This has been the worst service experience I've ever had. I wouldn't recommend JAC to anyone. They make promises they can't keep.
