STAY AWAY from JAC Motors

SADLY, we own a fleet of JAC bakkies and want to warn everyone TO STAY AWAY… This is THE MOST USELESS company. Their quality is cheap and nasty although they promise otherwise. Their service is NON-EXISTENT. They don’t even follow up… EVEN when you try and get a senior person involved and make threats that we will be forced to go to social media. Even their head office and African regional office doesn’t see fit to respond! I guess, pathetic South Africa has no voice. So, unless you want to continue using other transport while owning a vehicle. DO NOT consider JAC!

So, our story ... We bought 3 JAC vehicles and had a couple of problems. After them PROMISING to move heaven and earth for us going forward and it was all because we didn’t have the right contact details, we were stupid enough to be suckered in to giving them another chance and bought another 3 vehicles - 2 have stood for a good 3 months waiting for spares. HOW can someone NOT be able to support their product? AND WHY can they not strip another vehicle to satisfy their client! To make things worse, they offer a fantastic warranty, but when parts fail, like your brakes, they won’t accept this as a warranty.

So, they’re offering a complete package, but certainly not providing it! 6 vehicles later and ZERO SERVICE.
