Service paid for but not even getting it?

Not even worth 1 star. I will never recomend anyone to buy a car at OPS Cars Roodepoort. It was our first time ever buying a car and since we bought it we just had problems. Didnt even have it 1 month when it broke on our way to have a weekend away. Then we had it 2 months...went on holiday. Came back car broke again. Then again about 2 months later broke again...this time the gearbox. OPS took the car to a mechanic and gave us another one (which also was not fine as it left us at the road a few times) the car stood at mechanic for a while (longer than a week) and still no news. They then took the car to JAC Westrand where the car also stood for a long time. They sent the car to Sparklight Gearboxes (they gave the best service and gave me feedback the whole time). I notified the mechanics at JAC that the battery light often comes on they must check it. They said they can not find the fault but charged me for the search and repair of it. So every 2 to 3 months something on the engin needs replacement. Today the car stuggle to drive. Took it to Ford. The clutch (normal wear and tear) broke. But i asked them about the battery light as we still have that problem. They said there is a crack on alternator which is the cause. And we bought the car like that. How could the mechanics OPS used or JAC not noticed it. They never noticed how the engin sounds (according to ford way to loud for a petrol engin, and it was like that since we got it as people always asked whether its diesel), never noticed the crack on alternator...what kind of grade 1 mechanics are they? I am sick and tired. We got financed through Wesbank when we ask them to call us back they never did and if we phone them you hold for oven half hour and by that time airtime is finished. The car was R55 000 with finance we are paying R105 000 (also Ford said it is hectic as we are paying double). I dont want the car or this deal anymore. Our first time ever buying a car should have been joyfull...it was a nightmare. Now we can not do anything as it is too long now. So I will never recomend OPS, JAC or Wesbank
