Poor Service

I bought Hundai I20 at JAC Motors in Brakpan, salesman told me, car model is 2019, and they will service the car, and do the diagnostic test. Cool I was very happy, 3 days after I came to fetch the car and was told everything is done, car is perfect. I asked for a service certificate and was sent from pillar to post and also the proof that diagnostic test was done. I kept calling and to no avail. I decided to take the car to Hundai to check it and service it, they did and was told that aircon has no gas, and there is tear in the v-belt. I called JAC Motors and spoke to Vicky, she said I must bring the car for them to check, which I did. After checking they told me there is nothing wrong with the car, maybe Hundai teared the v-belt when they serviced the car which was not true, and with the aircon they can only put gas. I was not happy with the service I got from them, a lot of things which were not done in the car they declined and they told me there was no need for service although the car was due as it was 60000 km, since they promised to service it but failed to do so. They failed to give me the car history because they knew they were hiding a lot about this car. I paid a sum of R185000 cash for this car. I will never recommend someone to buy cars from them, they are not honest, they rip people off regardless of how much the person has paid for the car.
