High Level Issues: Dirty roof. Engine Exhaust System Fault error causing the vehicle to go into limb mode. When you turn the steering wheel, there is a strange noise that comes from turning the wheel (scratching sound).

We were advised by the dealership that we need to bear in mind that JAC is brand new in the country and there will always be teething issues. Unacceptable!! New vehicles undergo a thorough inspection by the manufacturing company before the product is distributed. I am not sure how it’s expected of a buyer to go through “teething” issues.

BRAND-NEW Vehicle with above mentioned issues is unacceptable. Our expectation of a new vehicle is that it’s working 100% with no issues as the relevant teething issues and ALL necessary check are in place prior to the car being sold to a customer.
