1st time buyer in 2019 I financed a brand new mini truck jacx200 with deposit upfront in Rustenburg MH motors without a service plan as I was advised by the salesman that it's not important and it's expensive as I can always service at any accredited service point since they never had a service branch in Rustenburg and my warranty was valid to 5year or 150 000km and took the advise,earlier 2021 Feb/march the truck gave faults with clutch master cylinder took it back to them and it was ordered though it took long to get the parts I understood since we were all affected by the pandemic it was fixed without any questions asked now in sept 2022 the motor started having a different noise took it in as it's still under warranty plus I have all the service record,,days later i went and was told the crank have to be taken to engineering was surprised as the car kilos are still under 90 000 kilometres now weeks later got a call from them that it's done and must pay R7.800 and it's still not 100% as it still needs and additional R28.000 for the turbo,now suddenly the agents don't have any record of my vehicle service record so apparently my warranty is no longer valid as I've also contacted the main branch in jhb.so my worry is that are the engines/motors really genuine even if that's the case am I suppose to pay for this unguaranteed engine on the meantime I'm loosing my business as it is the source of my income....any advise/assistance will be highly appreciated and this advise should also go to all the 1st time buyers,thanks
