JAC Motors Northcliff

If I could give a zero rating I would, because you don't even deserve the 1 star rating. I bought the car from JAC Motors Northcliff and Vincent was the sales person in May 2025. The service I have been receiving if very poor and I am not given attention by this guy. I haven't received the vehicle document, service history and the new license disc. I have been driving with an expired disc sin the 30th of June. And what's even worse is that he sold me car with tyres that are in sub-standard condition and I didn't notice this when I went to pick up the car. And he never disclosed this. I have send multiple emails and WhatsApp messages to try and get him to assist but it has all went in vein. As for the email he flatly ignore them all. It's been 4 months of back and forth, and I am really tired of it. I want to return your car since you have no regard for your clients. I am tired of pushing someone to do their job.
