Ghosts working on cars at this place - terrible service!!!

Be careful when taking your car to AGG/JAC West Rand for repairs. Last year my car were standing there for about 2 months when the gearbox needed replacing. This year we had to take the car for them to see why there is noise in engine (instruction from Wesbank as we bought the car like that). Took the car there on a Friday and when we got the car back it had no power and broke down about 13km from JAC. It did not want to start again. They came with a trailer to get the car. I stood next to the busy road, woman alone. They blamed us as we did not accept the quote for the service (according to them that is why the motor had a noise, but we service our cars every year and another mechanic told us that it sounds like a piston slap). We took money from our pockets to rent a trailer to collect the car as clearly they do not know what they are doing. We took our car to another mechanic (he is a mechanic for over 25 years now) and the reason the car broke is because the spacing of the plugs were too small (JAC told us it is too big so obviously they changed it as the car were with them the whole time and drove like always when we took the car in). SO now we asked them to pay the money for the trailer R550 as it were their fault and they just ignore us. They keep on saying its because of the service we did not want them to do (the car was serviced January 2023) and they did nothing with the plugs (MAYBE ITS A GHOST I DONT KNOW). We are still waiting on the oil report for the sample they sent away. The car was not even inside the workshop when we fetched it with trailer. I will never suggest that place to anyone. Unprofessional and unreliable!! And if I look at other reviews I can see I am not the only one who they failed with service
