DISHONEST DEALERSHIP, JAC MOTORS DURBAN

i had purchased. a new double cab bakkie JAC T8, 2023 MODEL on the 29th of March 2023. at the DURBAN CBD BRANCH. On delivery inspection the fuel gauge was not working with error message fuel sensor failure, the vehicle was taken into the workshop and i was told that the fuse was replaced, 5 days later the 4th of April 2023 the vehicle goes into limp mode with error being engine failure. vehicle went in for repairs 3 times for electrical faults. request for replacement or refund is being defended by this dealership, being *********, and is distancing himself from liability that the wirings to the vehicle was tampered with after delivery of this vehicle, and that i should bear all costs to repair. all calls and correspondences to the DP was ignored for almost 6 months until i furnished evidence that he sold me a defective vehicle did he then start to defend himself. very dishonest bunch of people at this dealership.
