Disappointed and Dissatisfied

I hope these finds you well. I have purchased a car from dealership Halfway JAC EMpangeni which I am not happy about the service from one of the sales consultant.

I was told that my car will be shipped from their branch Empangeni via road freight which never happened. It was driven all the way from Empangeni to Witbank .I was never consulted to give permission to do that.

I bought the car new and now is no longer new as it has accumulated mileage.The sale consultant is not willing to assist with my concern.

I'm so disappointed and dissatisfied about their service.
