COSTING US THOUSANDS TO RENT A VEHICLE FOR DELIVERIES AND JAC DOES NOTHING TO ASSIST

Good day,

I am Michelle Green owner of Mhoon Chickens, we bought 2 JAC 1.5 to trucks from JAC westrand and both had issues.

The first issue was covered under warranty and was sorted then we bought a second truck in June last year and the gearbox packed up om 60 000km while we were in Giyani.

JAC POLOKWANE assisted with getting it towed and taking it to their workshop.

From there the gearbox was sent to Mayfair Bela Bela for a report...it's been 2.5 weeks and we have no indication on what's happening...

We had to rent a driver with a bakkie and he is costing us a fortune which we should not be spending as we bought 2 trucks cash. All JAC Westrand says is they have no vehicles available at courtesy.

We were thinking of buying another but with this type of service I am shocked that JAC is making no effort to get us back on the road as our deliveries are getting behind and paying the outside contractor is costing us a fortune which no one seems to care about.

I really really need solution from JAC SA we cannot carry om like this any further. We need answers, timeliness, and a rental truck as we have been patient for more than two weeks and we keep losing money.
