Worst Customer Service

Good day,<br> <br> This the worst company ever, if thinking about it...don't sign anything with them. In a year I have had at least 4 debit orders that have gone off on incorrect dates, after many calls spanning over months, they then sent an email guaranteeing that this would not happen again...but guess what i had to call them about today...<br> <br> The Consultant would not assist saying that because it doesn't reflect on their system, she can't assist, and would call me tomorrow - like I haven't heard that one before...and you would think that another Individual/Institution running debit orders while potentially **********ly using their name would be cause for them to really want to look into this...but I guess their system/procedure - that they choose to dictate&manage the quality of their service - is conveniently distanced from them to dismiss clients, like myself.<br> <br> Their lack of concern for their reputation in this instance, makes me wonder if this rant will even be a bother to them. When a Service Provider is as careless of their own reputation - which translates to money - you can assume they don't give a flying duck about you, your money or customer satisfaction.
