why make the terms and conditions that you can't follow or understand? ...**********!

after being with jabba connect for 3 years i should say i'm surprised with their treatment torwards me...in january my phone(huawei media pad7) was ****** and i reported the case and gave every information to jabba as required for a phone replacement. i contacted them for a replacement and they advised that the devices(huawei) were out of stock...surprisingly! they then offered to replace my device with a cheaper and less functional phone (vodafone smart pad)as it was "the only one they had left" according to them i then decided to take the cheaper phone as i had no phone to use....to my surprise they were still deducting the same amount they used to when i was using huawei without notifying me...i then contacted them ask if the amount was not recalculated according to the device i'm using and they told me that their terms and condition states that in case of a phone lost or ****** jabba will replace me with the same device, make value or same functionality. and i advised that huawei and vodafone were far different to each other with value, functionality and make. to my surprise after all these years i worked with them they insisted that the phones are similar and that they will continue debiting the same amount till the end of a contract and stuck to say the phones are the similar....none of the supervisors or manager were rechable to resolve the matter. now i have to pay more for less because they don't deal as per their terms and conditions.....i'm very disappointed after so many years with my first claim...i'd like to advise eveyone there to not have a contract with jabba connect cause you will be ripped of your money and your airtime. they dont care about their customers..till now i'm still waiting for that call from the superior to call me to discuss the matter but nothing is happening, they are just waiting to debit my account when i get paid.

regards.

unhappy customer
