They the emailed me some form \Blacklisting Forms". I filled the forms and faxed them back using my own money. They never called me back until I called back to enquire. They then promised to send me an ITC number so that I can open a case and send them a case number. After a loong time they sent me an sms. I opened a case and faxed them the affidavit with the case number using again my own money. I called back to enquire if they received my affidavit and they said they received it. After two weeks I called again about the progress and they told me they are still waiting for my affidavit. I try to cancel my contract they now tell me about a settlement fee. They then again give me a number that doesn't seem to excist. """
