Useless services provider

Iv had a contract with jabba connect and when the contract ended I was not contacted 2 b notified that it ended whatsoever as im being told today it ended last year when im querying about my sim not working however they have been debiting money for airtime from my account and Chantel from jabba tells me they cant help me I should call cell c coz cell c has given my number 2 someone else iv been calling back n forth between jabba, cell c n rmcg trying to get my sim fixed n all of them tell me they cant help me.what now?
