Unauthorised deductions

<p>For months Jabba would deduct payments from my account 2-4 times in one month. When you contact them to get an answer, no one is able to assist. My contract came up for renewal, I deposited the final amount owing into their bank account middle of April and received a letter saying the account was closed and no deposits would be done. Low and behold, the end of April came and they took money off my account. I have had no response from any of my emails, and when you call you end up listening to music for minutes on end and can't reach anyone. The service from Jabba is terrible and will not recommend them to anyone.</p>
