Unauthorised Debits

We have had an amount of R370 debited from our bank account for over a year, Absa bank confirmed that the amount was being debited by Jabba Connect and that the bank wont take responsibility or repay the amounts. We don't get any response from Jabba Connect and had to close the Absa account and open a new account to prevent further debits. Why is this company not being taken to task on these ******** debits? We are not the only people that this has happened to and we will not be the last.
