Totally disgusted

I ordered a handset Samsung Galaxy Neo I phoned them to cancel the contact emailed them three times the contract states that if you cancel within 5 days they will get the courier company to collect the handset within 10 days of cancellation a month have passed already and I'm walking around with a dead phone that I'm not using everyday waiting for them to collect the phone.My name is claudette adolph at the same time this handset when u buy it on prepaid u pay R1100,00 they were going to charge me R370 a month if u work it out it comes to over R8800 over 24 months so it is just a total *******
