TAKING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION

I am so upset with JABBA Connect. They took a debit order from my account today the 13th of May without my authorization. I only agreed for them to deduct my premium on the 25th of every month. I ONLY had enough money left for fuel to get me to work and back and when I phoned them all they can say is SORRY!!!! they will get finance department to make an exception and take me of their naedo account tracking system so that this will not happen again, but that does not help me at all NOW!!! They can't do anything at all to help me NOW when I actually need that money. They don't care how I will get to work and back for the rest of the month because they got their premium 2 weeks before payday! It is not save to draw all of your money out of your account, but with people like JABBA that takes money as they wish out of your account it is also not save to leave money in your bank account! Tired of people like that!!!
