Say one thing and mean another.
(I had paid my Jabba Conect up on the 07th Dec 2015, was made aware of no further decution.)
How was I supposed to be aware of a debit order going off, when clearly in black and white (on email and the paid up letter it states no further deductions) I was notified that it would not go off?As per telephonic discussion last year the company notified me that they were not sure why the debit order went off, now this year is a different story.
From a customer's perspective this is highly frustrating as the story seems to keep changing. Due to the Debit order going off I had to pay a fee (honfee) of R90 from the bank as my account was over drawn. Now the company is claiming I should have been aware of the debit order going off, after they had notified me that it wouldn't. I had to send email after email asking what's happening with my refund of the R90 as it was not my fault that the debit order went off and only after i had sent an email stating that i have no choice but to go to Hello peter a response came thought... I can't believe that this seems to be there approach of customer service

All I can say is I am grateful I no longer have to deal with such a company.
