Puk number

<p>just recieved the worst possible attitude from the ladies at Jabba. Called through to get a puk number, the first lady Paul was respectfull and she put me through to some other lady who asked fro my ID number then after 15 min dropped my call. had to call through again and the second time Paul put me through the call just went dead after six min of holding. The last time time put me thruogh to this other hoodrat attitude lady who asked for my ID number as if i was her baby dady from the Cape flat who did not pay child support. Then finally she told me it will take 48 worhing hour to get a PUK number for a contract i have with them and have never missed a payment!! 48 working hours for a Flippin PUK number isnt that supposed to be pulled with records when Shamain asked for my ID number ???</p>
