Poor service

I have a contract phone with them that had a problem so it went for repairs ,they have been trying to fix it since they can't find the problem ,my phone is been in and out for repairs now it for the 3 rd time but still is not been fixed . i think cell c need to cancel the contract with them because this is also giving you bad reputation . what I know is that if you still under a contract if they can't fix the problem they need to give me the new phone by they never did and they also scratch my phone screen while trying to fix it and i have reported that to them they never done anything about it now my phone is been with them for fixing for a month now no update nothing
