POOR FEEDBACK - DAMAGED GOODS

More than 3 weeks ago I received my new phone, Unfortunately the phone was received with a ****aged screen. It took Jabba 3 weeks to collect. Monday 23 March will be a week with no feedback since the phone was collected. So in total its been a month without any feedback. I have to phone Jabba to find out whats going on.... but no one can give me any feedback. My payment was deducted... I have no phone but I must pay for one!! Unexceptable!
