NO FEEDBACK ON E-MAILS

MY colleague Sarah Adams working with me asked me to send an e-mail to Jabba to request the termination of her contract as it expired already on 23/08/2015, they in the past made double deductions and she had lots of trouble sorting all this out. Sarah is not interested in continuing with another 2 years contract as they been ripping her off as it is. IN the e-mail send she gives them an order to discontinue her contract...but for the last week I kept on sending the e-mail to no avail, NO RESPONSE or acknowledge receiving the mail. Please help as we don't know what to do now!! And as it is the end of August, they are going to deduct another premium from her bank, if they don't acknowledge the cancelation..Please HELP.
