No action taken

I was offered a tablet and accepted in Nov. They were very fast in delivering the instrument and rtaking my debit order. I found that the one speaker never worked. Reported it and they kept telling me the they would collect it. i explained to them that i bought it for a matric pupil and they needed to collect it before our company closed on the 19th. Never heard from them again. How can i have it repaird now as he is using it for his school work. Why was a faulty device delivered in the first place. I feel this is breach of contract as they hav never come back to me. i have a long standing relationship with CELL C which is why i took this offer. My debit ordrs keep going through but the device is faulty. <br>
