money making scheme

last year I was contacted by one of jabba agent offering me a phone,she said its a new phone with all the benefits I may need and I told her I don't know the phone and she told me that the phone is the same size as Samsung s4 and its better than s4 when it comes to features.the phone was delivered and it was the smallest I have ever owned in my life then I called them immediately to come and take the phone back and they told me about a cancelletion fee of 500 of which I never had problem with and they collected it.then they debited 350 and they said they will debit de balance after that instead of debiting the balance they started debiting 350 every month and I kept on reversing cause I don't owe them a cent until I decidedto change a bank and now they a nerve to send debt collectors to call me telling me that I owe them 6000
