misleading customers

i was contacted by an agent over the phone in connection with taking out a contract phone for cell c. <br> i confirmed with the sales agent that i do not want a small samsung and he offered me a big samsung, i repeated this twice in my recorded conversation with him.<br> phone that was delivered was a samsung young 2. <br> i have not opened the phone and asked for them to do an investigation.<br> today after receiving no response i called custoomer care only for them to tell me that the agent is not at fault adn that i must oay R500 to cancel this contract!!! misleading ********ters.
