Jabba connect..Providing no service

I cannot get in touch with these guys. My contract with Jabba Connect has ended yet I am still receiving airtime ,I have been emailing them for months now however the email responds is that the recipients mail box is full. How can they call themselves a business yet neither email nor contact numbers listed are valid.

Please help ...
