Jabba connect a Nightmare

This is the worst company. They handed me over for a cancelation fee in 2015 and I was blacklisted. I paid them in 2015 and the collections administrator Megan Alexander confirmed she would clear my name and yes it was clear coz I could buy my car after that. Now in 2018 I am getting calls from credit workers saying I must pay for a contract? A contract I ever had. I am not getting help from credit worx or Jabba connect. They are now not available they say the company has been sold to I smart and I am not getting any help. This is frustrating... I paid cancelation so why am I being handed over for a phone I did not even use that they received back? I need help
