JABBA CONNECT A LIVING NIGHTMARE

I would not advise anyone to take a contract cellphone with this company , first they sold a phone to me 2015 which was a **** phone and persuaded me what a great phone it was , when the phone came i was not impressed and was advised to keep the phone and just give it a chance as i advised them it was not user friendly , a few months later i cancelled the contract with JABBA CONNECT as one cannot pay R385.00 for 24 months for that piece of **** they sold to me - i paid them the full amount of R2901.60 in 2015/10/15 so that i could cancel the contract with them , in December 2016 i advised that i require a paid up letter as they did not update their records and it was affecting my ITC , i received a paid up letter 29 December 2016 , A few weeks ago this horrible company has the nerve to contact me again for a contract i advised them i am not interested in doing business with them again , this morning i receive a call from Attorneys advising i OWE this people? how the hell can you take someone to attorneys for money that was paid over to you in 2015 already? - Their products and service is PATHETIC - i sent the proof of payment to the attorney and i require an apology letter - you have the nerve to take me to the attorneys , i am the one that should sue you for all the HELL you out me through.
