itc clearance

good day i truly dont know how these people work i had a contract that i dred having with them firstly they gave me a broken phone to start with.i then refused to pay for it now 2 years later to aviod any futher damage to my credit score i end up paying it according to law it takes 7 to 21 days to clear however its a tennis macth the lawyer say jabba needs to clear it and jabba says the lawyer needs to do the same i spent a lot on calls and no one is giving me any info or clarity on who will get my itc updated.please help
