is this a **** or what

I bought a cell phone with jabba connect last year in October then unfortunately the cell phone wasn't working properly so I called then to cancel the contract then they told me that m gonna have to pay a cancellation fee then I agreed.they said the fee is about 500 and something then the money was deducted from my account in October,November which was 370 every month then they kept on taking money from my account in December.then January and February I wasn't working they were bussy calling me to tell me to pay for a cellphone I cancelled and they also came to collect it.i explained to them then they said they will solve it.then in the beginning of march I received money in my account they then deducted money again from me twice in that month I called them and they told me that the matter is being taken to the headoffice to be resolved so they will call me back to refund me my money n its been noted on their system.but no one has called me since n now I still get calls from their call centre saying that my account is in areas.so I dnt understand if this is their way of making money or is this a **** to get me black listed???
