Handed over - a year after paid up letter was issued

<p>Received paid up letter 24 November 2015. First debt collection call received 22 November 2016.</p> <p>I did not take out another contract, therefore there cannot be any outstanding fees on my account, which was closed and settled in full in November 2015. I have sent emails and made calls to both debt collectors and Jabba Connect directly to resolve this, but nothing is being done. That is why i will NEVER take out another contract with this service provider - the "service" they provide is terrible. </p>
