handed over

<p>one day i got a call from jabba connect,i signed up for a tablet they were supose to deliver the tablet within 10 days they never did,i got a message saying ive been handed over for immediate legal action.must i now pay for a tablet that i dont have or what?ive been trying to get hold of them but no answer,ive app**** for a job and they check credit profiles.what am i to do now? i want my name cleared!!!!</p>
