Debiting my account whenever it suits them

I have a Jabba Account and after several calls that debit orders are being taken off before the 28th which is the agreed date they still deduct whenever they want. This month on the 15th and 17th they deducted and there excuse is they are not sure if I will have funds at the end of the month.<br> All the debit orders that are going off my account before the agreed date is costing me 138.00 per debit order penalty. I would like to know how will this be sorted as I refuse to leave it at this. Who will reimburse me for the penalties?
