Debited 4 times in the month!!!!

I am infuriated!!!! I was debited on the 25th and 26th Spetember, and now again 14th and 16th of October for unknown reasons when my debit order was set up for the 3rd of the month!!!! I spoke to several people (including the dumbest idiot ever, Thando the supervisor!!!) who were all very evasive and refuse to answer my questions. The call center agents are rude and stupid and they keep telling me they cant see if I was debited as they have NAEDO to debit and the debits are not on the Jabba Connect system???!!! I dont have dealings with NAEDO... I am in contract with Jabba Connect!!! Jabba Connect is absolutely impossible and I regret the day I joined. No one has any intelligence to respond! I tried to cancel my contract but the *********** dumbass from the call center was confused!!! I have asked to speak to a manager...but those dont exist at Jabba Connect. <br> How the hell do I get my money back and exit this contract???
