DEBIT DATE NOT UPDATED

I am a client who purchased a tablet through Jabba connect, with a debit date as month end. I was suprised to see a debit done before month end n lucky enough I always have funds available on my account. I noticed tht this morning this ridiculous action is done again and last time the consultant told me tht its only bcz te Naedo was not updated and I mean that was not my fault mos also they told me tht they cant do refund only they will skip the debit for that current month. I was really suprised to see the same action again. I will never recommend this company to anyone.
