Courtesy Call

<p>I took a contract with this company last year but now m regretting why i took it with this company the only thing they care about is the money they don’t even bother to call and check on how the contract is treating you the only thing they care about is your money . i even logged a complaint to one of their consultants about the phone that they gave me telling them it is giving me problems but they didn’t bother to come and check it for me and the sad part is that phone is no longer working but still i have to pay the contract and on top of that we agreed that they debit their money on the 27th but you will them debiting again on the the following week or so....</p> <p> </p> <p>All in all i am up to here with this contract and i have a good mind of stopping to pay this **** because i am paying for something that is not working the ****** phone is not working yet i am expected to pay every month ,this people are failing to even send you a statement showing how much you owe the only thing they are good at is to call you even at night telling you that your account is in arrears i am done paying this contract they can put me under credit bureau i don’t care..................</p>
