complaint done half

I have been asked buy the consultant to go to the police station and make affidavit stating that I am claiming the second phone from jabba. I did it and emailed it to info but no one came back to me about the phone delivery.I waited for them but no respond got from them.Jason St Clair did do his work on the 31 July and was happy but the claiming side no phone call as they called me to inform me that I should go to the police station to do affidavit and it was my last call received from them.
