CHEATING/********** AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I was once called by an agent who confirmed that He was reffered to me by Cell C as I was a Cell C user, He explained How they want to offer me one of the latest tablets( R6000) from Huawei with 100 minutes and 100 sms for R380 per month, It sounded interesting considering that (His on behalf of Cell C) I agreed and took the offer.</p> <p> </p> <p>After 2 weeks, the device was delivered, it worked perfectly for a month and I paid them without any problem,on the 2nd month, I started experiencing serious problems, the device being faulty, not going into the internet, lossing network and their airtime being finished within 2 days.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then called to complain only to find a rude consultant whom I ended up hanging the call on their aers.</p> <p> </p> <p>I went the email route, which I got a response, The tablet was then collected for repairs, its been almost 7 months to a year I havent receoved t back but they expected me to pay the service.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now they handed me over to a Law firm called Ferma, whom as well dont have the whole stopry about this account, they were just told to collect an amount of R7740.20 which I dont know is for what, so can JABBA EXPLAIN...</p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone call me on either ********** 056/ ********** 435 or mail me at **********
