Cancellation of contract within one day of receiva

On Monday the 24th of August I Queen Nkomo Received a call from a consultant(forgot the Name) selling me a Tablet from Jabba Connect he said that the Tablet was good , that it was from a new brand with great quality because I needed a phone for my son I asked him a lot of questions about the prices of other brands like Samsung and Iphone because these are brands that I am used to and he said that those are old phones I must try the Archos Tablet which he was selling to me and he guaranteed that if I don't like it I can return it and mentioned nothing about a cancellation fee so I said okay they can send the Tablet. On the 26th I received the Tablet through a courier service and the Tablet was not what I expected the next morning on the 27th of August I phoned the Company customer service centre and I asked them to cancel the contract and I asked whether or not they do exchanges because I wanted another phone and the consultant a different one this time said that the company does not do exchanges so I said okay I want to cancel it then the consultant said that I need to pay a cancellation fee then I said that I wasn't told about that and he said that he would phone me
