BAD CLIENT SERVICE AND INCOMPETENCE

I am very much dissappointed by Jabba because I bought a tablet from them and now, I was left with few months to finish and was handed over. I made arrangements to the collector assigned by jabba and I was paying monthly. I then recieved a discount on the account and paid that settlement aamount. Now I was surprised to see that jabba have not cleared my account with credit burow. I called the call center no answer at all. They have only recieved the amount I paid and let the credit history still saying Im still owing them.
