bad bad bad bad bad bad service

Jabba connect is by the far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Jabba connect is the reason I will never never ever buy ANYTHING over a telephone again... If I cant WALK into a shop and get REAL life personal service I ain't spending a cent on that company. I spent hours upon hours upon hours on their call centre line trying to sort an issue out.. spoke to a different operator each time - had to re-explain my story to 50 different operators (very unprofessional operators at that) and to date I have not been assisted. Jabba connect in turn listed me as a \debt written off\" on credit bureau after I cancelled and paid my total contract off to get rid of my Jabba contract, 10 months prior my contract would have ended and I get LISTED ON CREDIT BUREAU!!! Shame on you Jabba connect. Shame on you...... I do so hope everyone that thinks of using your terrible service as a cell phone provider reads this letter before they get themselves into such a bad situation with your terrible company and save themselves days and weeks of hassle frustration and disappointment.
