Another Waiting

I have waited yet another two weeks for Jabba Connect to contact me regarding my lost ipad. I am not sure how long I will keep waiting. After my last post, I was promised that my issue will be sorted out ASAP. I guess I was wrong. I wonder what is going on there because this people don't care about their clients. Yet, at the end of the month a payment is expected. \Is this some kind of ****************?""";;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; ***;723386;893260;16;2;0;1;0;0;2;15/07/05 12:44;1266;NULL;15/07/03 17:25;15/07/03 15:38;Help! She said I must phone 808 but after holding on for hours at a time I gave up. I upgraded my tablet and need to do a sim swop again. Again I phoned 808 and holded on for hours at a time and no one answers. Their previous excuse was they are on strike and do not answer their phones. With the back roads being in a bad state, we usually travel via Snake Road in the Benoni / Boksburg area towards Witbank (eMalahleni).

At round about 15:45, we stopped at Pitstop (Total Petro Port) on the N12 heading towards Witbank. We sat down and ordered coffee at the Steers.

Jimmy was our waiter and swiftly brought our order. When we paid, Jimmy mentioned that my mother look tired in a very polite way and then bought her a take-away coffee.

This wasn't necessary, however, this gesture really was appreciated by my mother.

Jimmy, we really appreciated what you did for my mother. 5 Star service to say but the least. Thanks for being the waiter you are. Job well done, I sincerely hope that the general public will notice you and treat you with the respect that you deserve.

Thanks Jimmy
;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; ***;315716;747756;3;2;0;1;0;0;2;15/07/07 13:40;1266;NULL;15/07/05 17:51;15/07/05 16:34;Staff are ruining your business and reputation;7,11E+12;;***;On Saturday my wife booked her iPhone in at iFix Clearwater. I got a sms from iFix asking to confirm the repairs. I phoned iFix to ask about the repair costs as the sms didn't mention it. The Indian lady I spoke to wasn't helpful. She played dumb with me by asking what iPhone model I am requiring about even though #CR09117 clearly display the iPhone model. She then insisted that I confirm the repairs via an email. I insisted to confirm the repairs via phone conversation. Once again she wasn't very eager to tell me the repair costs over the phone. On Sunday my wife went to iFix only to be told by the same Indian lady that \they're waiting for the iPhone part and her repairs can only be done on Monday PM\"". I phoned iFix and requested to have the phone ready within 30 minutes as I wanted to take it to a reputable iPhone repairer. When I arrived at iFix I was informed that the part was miraculously sourced from the Northgate branch and that it would only take 10 minutes to repair the iPhone. I turned down this offer and took her iPhone to another iPhone repairer in the mall who repaired her iPhone within 30 mins for half the price. Pity your staff is damaging your business...."""
