2weeks still waiting for collection

Vuyisile logged a call 2 weeks ago for Jabba Connect to collect his tablet for repairs and was promised it will be collected in 3 to 5 days , its been 2 weeks and when he calls the call center *** he is given a run around , transferred from one department to the other, please assist urgently , is this how Jabba treats their customers ?<br>
